The bouquet bursts with lemon and grapefruit zest, passion fruit, and gooseberry, underpinned by a flinty minerality that reflects its mountain terroir.
On the palate, the wine is crisp, focused, and vibrant with bright acidity, pure fruit expression, and subtle lees texture. The balance of freshness and depth makes it both refined and expressive.
Fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees for 3–5 months, this Sauvignon Blanc is elegant, textural, and perfectly suited to seafood or goat cheese dishes.
