On the nose, it reveals a fine aromatic profile of floral notes, flint and fresh strawberries, giving the wine freshness, clarity and a subtle mineral nuance.
On the palate, the rosé is fresh, focused and well balanced, with stone fruit, melon and red berries. A gentle citrus note on the finish adds further vibrancy.
The three-month lees ageing in stainless steel supports the balance between depth and freshness. This rosé pairs especially well as an aperitif, with fresh seafood, sushi or summer salads.
