On the nose, it reveals an opulent aromatic profile of violets, cinnamon and dark chocolate, complemented by ripe cherries and seductive spice.
On the palate, this Shiraz is velvety, silky and full-bodied, with rich berry fruit, spicy nuances and a long, memorable finish.
The 16-month maturation in French oak gives the wine additional depth, structure and elegance. The Allée Bleue Shiraz 2022 pairs beautifully with hearty meat dishes, game, spicy lamb or Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
