Product information "Allée Bleue Black Series Old Vine Pinotage 2025"
On the nose, it reveals an intense aromatic profile of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and plums. Juicy berry fruit is complemented by delicate notes of dark chocolate and a hint of liquorice, adding depth and complexity to the bouquet.
On the palate, this Pinotage is smooth, silky and beautifully balanced. Layered fruit meets a supple texture and finely judged tannins, providing structure without compromising its elegance.
The 16 months of barrel maturation give Allée Bleue Black Series Old Vine Pinotage 2025 additional depth and ageing potential. Its expressive character makes it a wonderful companion to hearty meat dishes, game or mature cheese. Decanting for around 30 minutes before serving is recommended.
