CABERNET FRANC
IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF CLASSIC BLENDS
It is "the little brother" of Cabernet Sauvignon, but has a lower alcohol content and fewer tannins, and is therefore generally softer: Cabernet Franc. The red grape variety is an integral part of classic red wine blends, but is also vinified as a single variety to produce elegant and fruit-driven wines with aromas of strawberries and raspberries, paired with spicy green pepper and violets.
