On the nose, it reveals a finely etched aromatic profile of lime blossom, fresh lime zest and quince, supported by cool flinty minerality and subtle notes of macadamia and wild ferment complexity.
The palate is taut, linear and mineral-driven, defined by chalky texture, precise citrus acidity and a delicate saline edge that carries the wine through a long, focused finish.
Aged for nine months in French oak, the élevage is seamlessly integrated, enhancing clarity, elegance and the wine’s outstanding ageing potential.
