Product information "Thelema Flagship Rabelais 2022"
This blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot displays remarkable depth and structure, offering complexity and full-bodied character typical of Stellenbosch reds.
The vines were planted in 2002 and 2003, and after fermentation in stainless steel, the wine matured for 18 months in French oak barrels (75% new).
A powerful yet elegant red wine that pairs beautifully with beef and game dishes.
