On the nose, it reveals a fruit-driven aromatic profile of wild strawberry and fresh raspberry, complemented by yellow apple and subtle notes of red cherry compote.
On the palate, this rosé is fresh, balanced and approachable, with sun-ripened red fruit, a hint of nectarine and pleasant length.
The temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation preserves the wine’s lively freshness and clear fruit expression. Served well chilled, the Spier Signature Collection Chardonnay Pinot Noir 2026 is an easy-drinking choice with seafood salad, avocado, smoked salmon canapés or light summer dishes.
