- Fine Cap Classique aged 16 months on the lees 🥂
- Notes of cherry, strawberry & rose petals 🌸
- Perfect for celebrations & special moments ✨
Displaying a delicate rose-gold hue with a fine, persistent mousse, the wine offers aromas of fresh cherry, strawberry, and rose petals. On the palate, it is lively, fresh, and balanced, with a gentle sweetness of Turkish delight and subtle candied fruit notes.
After primary fermentation in stainless steel, the second fermentation took place in bottle, followed by 16 months of lees ageing. The result is an elegant and refined Cap Classique – perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood and shellfish.
A vibrant and graceful sparkling rosé made for celebrations and joyful occasions.
