- 18 months ageing in French oak 🪵
- Simonsberg Cabernet with classical elegance 🍷
- Aromas of black cherry, plum & cedar wood 🍒
The grapes originate from three vineyard blocks situated at elevations up to 260 metres above sea level. Careful hand harvesting, controlled fermentation and extended ageing in French oak contribute balance and depth to the wine.
On the nose, aromas of black cherry, dark berries and plum unfold alongside elegant notes of cedar wood and subtle spice.
On the palate, the Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied, structured and harmonious, with refined tannins, fresh acidity and impressive length. Eighteen months ageing in French oak barrels adds further complexity and a polished finish.
A characterful Simonsberg Cabernet Sauvignon with classical elegance and remarkable drinkability.
