On the nose, it reveals a fresh aromatic profile of strawberries, candyfloss and delicate floral nuances, giving the wine an inviting, fragrant and summery character.
On the palate, this rosé is fruit-driven, fresh and harmonious, with juicy strawberry flavours and lively, well-balanced acidity that brings freshness and easy drinking pleasure.
The cool stainless steel fermentation preserves aromatic clarity, while four months on the gross lees add extra texture. An approachable, dry rosé for relaxed moments with friends – enjoyable on its own or with light summer dishes.
