In the glass, it reveals a deep purple colour with bright crimson hues. The bouquet bursts with mixed berry compote aromas, intertwined with subtle notes of oak and vanilla. On the palate, juicy red fruit flavours deliver structure and length, while soft tannins and an elegant finish create a memorable balance. A wine that pairs perfectly with South African cuisine.
The wine matured for 14–16 months in a mix of French, American, and Hungarian oak barrels (5% new), enhancing fruit expression while adding subtle complexity. Released as a Special Edition, it proudly supports the Cape Leopard Trust in its mission to protect this magnificent and vulnerable species.
