A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced from select vineyards in Stellenbosch, the West Coast, and Elgin. In the glass, it displays a bright golden hue with a delicate, persistent mousse.
The bouquet reveals aromas of citrus, brioche, and roasted cashew. On the palate, it is fresh, creamy, and refined, showing fine bubbles, balanced minerality, and lingering lemon meringue notes on the finish.
Following fermentation and blending with 20% reserve wine – partly matured in French oak – the wine spent 24 months on the lees, gaining depth and finesse.
A vibrant, sophisticated Cap Classique – ideal for fine cuisine or festive occasions.
