Product information "Dornier Chronos n/v"
The grapes are sourced from dryland bush vines planted in 1971 on decomposed granite and coffee stone soils in the Paardeberg, Swartland. These old vines produce naturally low yields, resulting in grapes of great concentration and depth.
A blend of three vintages (2020, 2021, and 2022), the wine offers remarkable balance and complexity, showing plum, black cherry, and spice aromas, layered with richness, fine oak, and silky tannins.
A rare and collectible red wine with cellaring potential until 2030 – perfect with grilled or braised meats and game dishes.
