The Shiraz grapes come from two regions – cool-climate Constantia with refreshing sea breezes from False Bay, and warmer Paarl, providing ripe red fruit character. Harvested in two stages and fermented in stainless steel, the wine briefly rests on the lees before blending and bottling.
A beautifully balanced Rosé – perfect for sunny days, picnics or light summer meals.
