Displaying a pale straw colour, the bouquet reveals aromas of pineapple, guava, and citrus, with a subtle hint of oak spice. The palate is ripe, rounded, and well-balanced, combining fruit concentration with refreshing acidity and a lingering finish.
The fruit is sourced from three vineyard blocks, including 40% old bush vines. After partial fermentation in oak (30%), the wine remained two months on the lees (“sur lie”) to enhance texture and complexity.
A fruit-driven, elegant Chenin Blanc that pairs beautifully with seafood, salads, or light poultry dishes.
