Product information "Anthonij Rupert L’Ormarins Private Cuvée 2017"
The grapes originate predominantly from the elevated vineyards of Elandskloof, where cool-climate conditions and mineral-rich soils create ideal conditions for sparkling wines with freshness and precision.
On the nose, delicate aromas of citrus zest, sourdough bread and maritime notes unfold alongside elegant hints of sea breeze and brioche.
On the palate, the Cap Classique is precise, focused and creamy, with fine mousse, vibrant acidity and saline minerality. Extended lees ageing adds further depth and a refined, lingering finish.
An outstanding vintage MCC with classical elegance, remarkable ageing potential and exceptional expression.
