Stainless steel tank

A stainless steel tank is a container for fermentation and aging of wine. Meanwhile, stainless steel tanks are already used by the majority. They are easy to clean, which leads to better hygiene, and above all they are airtight. Mechanisms such as temperature control make it possible to intervene in the aging process of the wines at any time. Stainless steel tanks particularly enhance the fruit characteristics of a wine. Many South African winemakers use stainless steel tanks and the associated reductive aging for fresh and fruit-driven creations.
