Product information "Tokara Reserve Collection Elgin Sauvignon Blanc 2025"
On the nose, it reveals an intense aromatic profile of lime blossom, passion fruit and lemongrass, complemented by subtle notes of blackcurrant leaf and sweet greengage.
On the palate, this Sauvignon Blanc is bright, fresh and focused, with lively fruit, clear structure and a characteristic saline minerality reminiscent of oyster shell.
The nine-month lees ageing gives the wine additional texture and length without masking its freshness. Served well chilled, it is an elegant aperitif and pairs beautifully with oysters, grilled fish or fine salmon dishes.
