Product information "Tokara Méthode Cap Classique Blanc de Blanc 2018"
The nose reveals aromas of freshly baked gingerbread, lemon meringue and subtle flint. The bouquet is layered and refined, giving this Cap Classique elegant complexity.
On the palate, silky texture meets crystalline acidity and an exceptionally fine mousse. Flavours of barley syrup, green apple, preserved lemon and lightly toasted almond create a focused, saline finish with impressive length.
After seven months in barrel, the wine matured for a further 82 months on the lees in bottle. The result is a distinctive premium MCC with depth, finesse and remarkable persistence.
