- Complex profile of ripe fruit and subtle spice 🍑
On the nose, it reveals ripe fruit aromas of peach, pear, litchi and melon, complemented by citrus rind and subtle coriander spice.
The palate is youthful yet luscious and textured, supported by lively acidity and a dense fruit core that adds depth and balance.
Maturation in French oak for 10–12 months adds further dimension. The wine shows structure and complexity and pairs well with rich, spiced dishes and seafood.
