On the nose, it reveals blackberry and plum aromas, supported by notes of pencil shavings, green bell pepper and subtle cedar wood.
On the palate, the Cabernet Franc is medium-bodied and precise, showing fresh acidity, fine-grained tannins and focused dark fruit that create balance and finesse.
Aged for 20 months in small French oak barrels, the wine gains structure, depth and ageing potential, expressing the distinctive Simonsberg terroir.
