On the nose, it reveals expressive aromas of white peach, melon and citrus, complemented by hints of honey and toasted almonds.
On the palate, the Chenin Blanc is medium-bodied, fresh and finely structured, with vibrant acidity and a subtle spicy undertone. Flavours of pineapple, apricot kernel and ripe fruit add depth and complexity.
The combination of stainless steel and French oak creates a balanced interplay of freshness and structure, while lees ageing adds texture and length.
A versatile Chenin Blanc with clear style and strong sense of place, perfect with seafood or mildly spiced dishes.
