The nose opens with floral notes and hints of violet, evolving into blackberry and bramble aromas, complemented by black pepper and liquorice, adding spice and depth to the bouquet.
On the palate, the Syrah is juicy and precise. Dark berry fruit, subtle spice and refreshing tension are supported by fine-grained tannins, creating a balanced, refined structure with good length.
Ageing in French oak enhances structure and longevity without masking the fruit. The wine offers a cellaring potential of up to 15 years and pairs beautifully with game, roasted lamb or hearty winter dishes.
