Sun-kissed tropical fruit and citrus dominate the nose, enhanced by a subtle creaminess and elegant toasty complexity. The palate is layered and fresh with a long, savoury finish.
23% was barrel-fermented and matured on the lees for 6 months, adding body and a textured edge. An unconventional and high-end take on Sauvignon Blanc.
