On the palate, the wine is balanced and layered. The freshness of Sauvignon Blanc meets the creamy texture of Semillon, creating a harmonious interplay of structure, fruit and refined acidity.
Maturation in French oak adds depth and complexity. A structured white wine with ageing potential, ideal with fish, poultry or seafood.
