The bouquet reveals red and dark cherries, floral notes, spice and earthy undertones, offering layered complexity. On the palate, it shows fine yet structured tannins, concentrated fruit, and vibrant acidity that ensures freshness.
With an ageing potential of 6 to 8 years, this Pinotage is an excellent food partner – best enjoyed with venison dishes, wild mushroom risotto or aubergine and lentil curry.
