Aromas of gooseberry, passion fruit, elderflower, and kiwi blend harmoniously with a subtle herbal note of blackcurrant leaves. On the palate, the flavour profile is perfectly rounded off by refreshing hints of lemongrass and a mineral finish.
The Spier 21 Gables Sauvignon Blanc pairs perfectly with lemon butter-fried scallops, fish, or a leek and mushroom soup with Gorgonzola.
