- Aged 10 months in French oak 🪵
In the glass, it shows a bright golden hue. The bouquet reveals aromas of citrus, pear, and toasted almonds, complemented by subtle notes of passion fruit and spice. On the palate, it is fresh, layered, and refined with crisp acidity and a fine mineral edge.
The wine was fermented and matured for 10 months in French oak (40% new), with no batonnage or malolactic fermentation to preserve its natural purity and tension.
A powerful yet elegant Chardonnay with excellent ageing potential – a true reflection of the Banghoek terroir.
