The Vintner’s Selection Pinotage 2023 offers expressive aromas of black cherries, dark berries and subtle spice. Soft, balanced and approachable, partial ageing for eight to ten months in French oak adds further structure and depth.
The Leopard’s Leap Special Edition Pinotage 2023 combines juicy red fruit and berry compote with delicate notes of vanilla and oak. Ageing for 14–16 months in French, American and Hungarian oak creates soft tannins and an elegant finish, while the wine also supports the Cape Leopard Trust.
The Imvini Wethu Cinsault Pinotage 2020 is a blend of Cinsault (70%) and Pinotage (30%), offering plum, cherry and redcurrant alongside cinnamon, vanilla and pepper. Old vines, 18 months of oak ageing and support for the Old Vine Project and Cape Winemakers Guild Protégés give this wine a particularly meaningful story.
The Beyerskloof Rebellion Pinotage 2024 presents South Africa’s signature grape in a modern and approachable style. Ripe cherries and dark fruit are complemented by subtle oak and spice, while gentle tannins create a soft and harmonious mouthfeel. Twelve months in French oak add further depth and lead to a long, fruit-driven finish.
The Lanzerac Pinotage 2023 comes from elevated vineyards in the Jonkershoek Valley and is full-bodied and complex. Ripe berries, plum, violet and dark chocolate meet well-integrated oak, while at least 15 months in French oak provide structure, depth and excellent ageing potential.
The Villiera Pinotage 2023 delights with fruity plum accompanied by subtle oak and vanilla notes. Twelve months in French oak add depth to this soft, well-structured and balanced red wine, leading to a pleasantly lingering finish.
