Product information "Asara Terroir Collection Syrah 2022"
In the glass, it displays a deep ruby hue. The bouquet opens with blackberry, ripe plum, and black pepper, complemented by notes of vanilla, clove, and a touch of smoky oak. On the palate, it is smooth, rich, and well-balanced, revealing layers of blueberry, mulberry, and subtle herbal spice. Fine-grained tannins and refined oak integration lead to a long, graceful finish.
The grapes come from a single vineyard with a south-west aspect, where sandy loam soils and cooling conditions allow for slow, even ripening. After hand-harvesting, the wine matured for 18 months in French oak barrels, gaining remarkable depth and complexity.
A refined and expressive Syrah that pairs beautifully with lamb, game, or hearty stews.
