- Single-vineyard Chardonnay from Stellenbosch 🍇
- Notes of apple, pear, pineapple & subtle vanilla 🍏
- Aged 10 months in French oak 🪵
In the glass, it displays a bright golden hue. The bouquet reveals ripe yellow apple, juicy pear, and tropical pineapple, complemented by subtle vanilla and toasted oak. On the palate, a creamy texture and fresh acidity highlight the luscious fruit flavours of green apple and zesty citrus. Gentle oak ageing adds structure and roundness without overshadowing the wine’s elegance.
Fermentation began in stainless steel tanks before the wine was transferred to fine French oak barrels for 10 months of maturation. Malolactic fermentation was intentionally avoided to maintain vibrancy and freshness. The result is a beautifully balanced Chardonnay with depth, finesse, and a long, elegant finish.
