The nose reveals a layered aromatic profile with notes of marmalade and lime zest, complemented by floral hints, cashew and macadamia, alongside a subtle dusty, mineral edge that adds aromatic complexity.
On the palate, the wine is both textured and precise. Flavours of roasted peach, brûléed orange and a touch of eucalyptus honey are supported by fresh acidity and a supple mouthfeel, creating a balanced, elegant expression with depth.
Lees ageing combined with restrained oak use adds structure and ageing capability. Caroline offers a notable cellaring potential and pairs beautifully with refined cuisine.
