Yellow-red berries can also make an aromatic white wine: Gewürztraminer. Its origin is unclear, but it is known what the name of the old and noble grape variety refers to – the town of Tramin in South Tyrol. Characteristic of Gewürztraminer is the intense aroma of lychee, roses and marzipan as well as a mild acidity.

Gewürztraminer is a premium white wine grape that is decernable by its intensive aromas. It has flavours of lychee and smells like rose petals.
