Nelson Mandela

Nelson Mandela was a South African politician and committed activist in the ongoing resistance against apartheid. He also became the first black president of the country of South Africa in 1994. Mandela is considered one of the outstanding persons in the fight against racial segregation and for the freedom of all people. Mandela's great commitment also made wine from South Africa internationally known again in the mid-90s and a sought-after brand. In 1993, when he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, he toasted with the Graham Beck Cap Classique Brut, just as Barack Obama did when he took office.
