The wine was aged for a total of 21 months in barrel - initially on the fine lees, followed by a second maturation period after blending. It was bottled unfiltered and unfined to preserve its full character.
An excellent pairing with lamb, braised meats or spicy vegetable dishes - a versatile wine with substance and depth.
