Product information "Tokara Reserve Collection Stellenbosch Chardonnay 2025"
On the nose, it reveals a layered aromatic profile of grilled lemon, mandarin blossom and crème anglaise, shaped by refined maturity and elegant Chardonnay depth.
On the palate, this Chardonnay is silky, fresh and well balanced, with ripe yellow citrus flavours, a hint of caramelised sugar and a continuous saline freshness.
The eleven-month maturation in French oak on the lees gives the wine creaminess, length and complexity. With its balance of freshness and structure, this Chardonnay has an ageing potential of at least ten years and pairs beautifully with sole meunière, soft-shell crab or fine seafood pasta.
