- Elegant Cabernet Franc with a mineral character 🍷
- Notes of black cherry, pepper & herbs 🍒
- Aged 12 months in French oak 🪵
In the glass, it displays a deep purple hue. The bouquet reveals black cherry, red and green pepper, and herbal notes of sage and thyme. On the palate, it is fresh, mineral, and well-balanced, with fine tannins, a subtle graphite note, and a long, graceful finish.
The wine was matured for 12 months in French oak (35% new, 25% second-, 25% third-, and 15% fourth-fill) and was racked twice during ageing to maintain purity and structure. Already enjoyable, it will reach its full potential after an ageing period of 5–8 years.
