On the nose, this wine reveals notes of lavender, rosemary and thyme, along with warm spices like nutmeg, clove and star anise. The palate is powerful yet balanced, with intense blackberry fruit, a touch of minerality and smooth, well-integrated tannins.
Aged for 18 months in French oak, this Cabernet Franc offers structure, complexity and excellent ageing potential - without overshadowing the fruit.
Perfect with duck, grilled lamb or a piece of dark chocolate.
