Product information "Lanzerac Le Général 2022"
On the nose, it reveals a spiced profile of vanilla, nutmeg and dark berries, complemented by cooked plums, blackcurrants, dark chocolate and subtle hints of smoke.
On the palate, this Cabernet-based blend is full-bodied, powerful and layered, with dark fruit, firm structure, smooth tannins and a long, persistent finish.
Aged for 20 months in French oak, the wine gains depth, spice and ageing potential. The 2022 vintage is already approachable, yet can mature further over five to ten years.
