Product information "L´Avenir Single Block Pinotage 2021"
After careful hand-harvesting, only the finest grapes were selected. The wine was aged in 300-litre French oak barrels, with around 15% new oak. Just 14 barrels were chosen to create the final cuvée.
The nose offers a complex bouquet of violets, dried cranberries and dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine is layered, juicy and elegant, with notes of fresh cherries and a hint of sweet spice. The finish is long, balanced and refined - a hallmark of top-quality Stellenbosch Pinotage.
A great match with duck, poultry or matured cheeses - or simply enjoyed on its own for a special moment.
