On the nose, it reveals a layered bouquet of citrus, white pear and honeyed notes, complemented by hints of wax, grapefruit pith and mineral freshness.
On the palate, the Chenin Blanc is powerful, complex yet precise, with flavours of papaya, pineapple, green apple and lime. A fine chalky texture and subtle grip provide structure and length.
Vinification in a combination of oak, amphora and ceramic vessels creates balance, depth and remarkable texture, while extended lees ageing enhances creaminess and complexity.
A characterful Chenin Blanc with limited production (approx. 1,500 bottles) and excellent ageing potential, expressing the Helderberg terroir with clarity.
