The bouquet reveals blackcurrant, fynbos and subtle herbal spice, complemented by a touch of minerality from the granite-based soils. On the palate, it is powerful, structured and balanced, showing lively acidity, ripe tannins and impressive fruit concentration.
Hand-harvested grapes were carefully sorted before fermentation. The wine matured for 21 months in 300L French oak barrels (30% new), adding depth and refinement.
A timeless Cabernet Sauvignon of poise, complexity and excellent ageing potential – perfect with red meats, game or mature cheeses.
