The Fairview Winemaker's Selection Extrano pairs beautifully with mature cheese, a charcuterie platter, or grilled lean meats. A wine that is a true pleasure both on its own and alongside hearty dishes.
By the way, the name “Extrano” means “Stranger,” reflecting the origins of the grape varieties, which are foreigners to the Cape vineyards, as they originally hail from Spain.
