The Laurence Graff Reserve represents the very best of Delaire Graff’s red wine collection - a powerful and refined Cabernet Sauvignon produced in strictly limited quantities. Only five barrels were selected from an original 35 to create this exceptional wine of rare quality and distinction.
On the nose, it reveals a complex, layered bouquet of vanilla, dark chocolate and hints of dried hay. The palate is silky yet concentrated, with ripe red berries, blackberries and blackcurrant unfolding alongside subtle minerality and elegant, well-integrated tannins.
Aged for 20 months in predominantly new French oak barrels, this wine offers impressive depth, harmony and age-worthiness - a true flagship release.
Food pairing tip: Enjoy this iconic Cabernet with venison loin in blackberry jus, slow-roasted lamb shoulder or a decadent beef fillet Rossini. Or savour it on its own - in quiet moments, in good company, and always with appreciation.
