The nose reveals a concentrated bouquet of blackberry, blackcurrant, plum, and cassis, complemented by subtle notes of cedarwood and pencil shavings. On the palate, it is elegant yet powerful, with a firm tannin structure and excellent ageing potential.
Aged for 14 months in French oak (34% new barrels), this Cabernet Sauvignon pairs beautifully with robust meat dishes such as beef or lamb.
