On the palate, this Chardonnay is lively, fruity, and spicy. Hints of clementine and lemon blend with delicate ginger aromas, while a creamy texture and fine roasted almond notes create a well-rounded tasting experience. Aged for eight months in French oak, the wine develops elegant depth and a balanced mouthfeel.
An excellent companion to fish and poultry dishes, but also a great match for grilled asparagus or creamy pasta with lemon sauce. It also impresses as an apéritif with its freshness and finesse.
