The Babylonstoren Nebukadnesar 2023 is a powerful Bordeaux-style blend with dark fruit, spice and excellent ageing potential.
The Diemersdal Winter Ferment Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is an innovative style unique to South Africa. The juice is frozen at –20 °C after harvest and fermented months later in mid-winter, creating a distinctly tropical, concentrated profile.
The Fairview Winemaker’s Selection Caldera 2022 is a Rhône-inspired blend with red berries, spice and refined structure.
The Stark-Condé Field Blend Estate White 2024 combines multiple varieties into a layered white wine with fruit, floral notes and mineral freshness.
Intense and aromatic - that is the Villiera Monro Merlot. The beautiful fruity flavours are surrounded by vanilla, light spicy nuances and a hint of cocoa on the nose. The velvety soft texture caresses the palate and gives the red wine, which has matured for eighteen months in French oak, a lovely mouthfeel.
The Rainbow’s End Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 delivers power and elegance with cassis, dark berries and subtle oak spice.
