On the palate, the wine is rich in texture, offering notes of ripe berries and dark chocolate. The long finish is marked by balanced acidity and fine tannins.
The Dornier Malbec was matured for 24 months in French oak and pairs beautifully with grilled beef or lamb, but also goes wonderfully with exotic dishes such as Thai roast duck or chicken.
