The bouquet opens with ripe stone fruit, honeyed pear, and a touch of citrus zest, followed by subtle creaminess and floral lift. On the palate, it is refined, textured, and expressive, showing layers of apricot, peach, and vanilla, balanced by refreshing acidity and delicate minerality. The finish is long, pure, and elegant.
The grapes come from a single vineyard on the lower slopes of the estate, where clay-rich granite soils and cooling False Bay breezes contribute to freshness and concentration. A portion of the wine was fermented in handcrafted amphorae and fine French oak before maturing on the lees for 10 months, adding depth and complexity.
A vibrant and elegant Chenin Blanc – perfect with seafood, white meats, or creamy pasta dishes.
